How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your product, please notify customer service via email at and explain the reason for dissatisfaction.

If a return is requested, then an RMA must be requested within 7 days from product delivery date.All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and posted clearly on the outside shipment package/box. To obtain an RMA, please send an email to within 7 days of order delivery. Please indicate your Order Number and specific items you are returning and the Reason For Return. Returns without an RMA number will not be valid or accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns must be received by by way of United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns that are received in excess of 15 days from the USPS delivery date shall be subjected to a 25% restocking fee (even with an RMA No.). Shipping costs are customer’s responsibility and are neither reimbursable nor refundable.

The “No Re-stocking Fee” offer applies to returns or exchanges with an RMA received by Customer Service within 15 days of actual UPS delivery date. Any violation of the above premise voids the “No Restocking Fee” offer.

All merchandise returned must be in its original packaging in new and unused condition. Merchandise returns received not in its original packaging will not be accepted nor refunded. Close-out/Outlet items are considered final sale and are therefore not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. No returns allowed.
Custom Made or Made to Order items are considered final sales and are not returnable.

FOR EXCHANGES, new shipping charges will apply for exchange orders. All shipping and handling charges or other charges are non-refundable. Any return or exchange must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization. All products returned must be in its original packaging in new and unused condition.


We stand behind our product and will repair or adjust any manufacturing damage. However, we are not responsible

for customer damage, hanger worn garments, neglect, dry cleaning damage or acceptable aging. We reserve the right to review garment and assess source of problem. Shortening or lengthening will have a tailoring charge. is not responsible for damages caused by the Customer’s shipping company and/or its agents. Customer/s is responsible for insuring any packages returned to No credit will be authorized in the event damage occurs to merchandise resulting from a Customer return or shipper neglect.

* Not all returns on RMA's will be accepted for credit, this will be evaluated on a case to case basis. Items that appear to have been worn or opened are not covered. Any signs of wear will be considered to have been accepted by customer. There is no exception to the re-stocking fee, to cover our cost for processing un-authorized returns.

**Orders that received FREE SHIPPING due to any Free Ship promotion may get charged back for shipping charges, or charged back for items on any coupon codes used if the customer returns any portion (or entire order) of the purchase which causes the subtotal amount to fall below the required promotional purchase amount.

We strongly encourage our customers to check the merchandise received from as soon as possible. We make sure that all our products are in good condition and are package properly to ensure no breakage will occur however, we have no control over the handling of these packages after it leaves our warehouse.

All return items are subject to final inspection to qualify for credit, either partial or full credit.
